Refund policy
Order Processing Products ship within 5-7 business days from banks processing of your payment. Orders may take longer during major holidays, sales, and promotions.
Please verify that you have correctly placed your order. Because we begin to process orders as they are submitted, we cannot allow modifications to orders, especially in respect to preparing wigs for shipment. This also includes product changes, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. All of which often cause a confusion that results in delays and errors with orders that we will not take responsibility.
Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders: The Luxury Wig & Hair Addict is NOT responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your hair stylist/salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming all hair appointments. The Luxury Wig & Hair Addict is also not responsible for installing the products purchased on our website and stores. We strictly sell hair, wigs, ponytails, etc but do not have anything to do with installing hair or preparing wigs for installation. All returns and return-to-shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35.
Return Policy
Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all sales are FINAL, and no refunds are allowed on any grounds. Customers must complete all return requests within fourteen days of receipt to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will not qualify for a store credit.
The product must be sent back in the original packaging. The condition (resell-able, not used. worn, or tampered with in any way) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way. (Original ties must remain intact as the customer received it). Send your return item(s), including your first name, last name, phone number, the reason for the return, and original receipt to:

We suggest that all returns be returned to us through a traceable postal carrier with a signature for your protection. We are not responsible for lost items in transit; All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted for sale or clearance items. The customer is responsible for all return freights, costs that are the result of the product(s) return. A store credit will be issued once the returned product(s) are received and determined to be in original condition and sellable.
If you purchased the original product during a sale/promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the sale/promotion that was previously assigned to the original product purchased. Store credits and or Gift Cards may NEVER be redeemed in the form of cash.

Payment Terms
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards, and partner with multiple payment installment plans, listed for your convenience at checkout. Prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted on this website. Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place an order online. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Luxury Wig Hair Addict reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after order submission. Medium to High Fraud orders will be automatically canceled.
We are an online store only. Unless you purchase from LWAHA from an event where you can leave with your items right away. We do not offer any in store pick up options at this time.
All International orders must be paid using the PayPal checkout option. International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled.

Shipping Policy
All orders within the US are shipped via FEDEX, USPS, OR UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame. Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only. In rare instances we may allow for an overnight option. Overnight option to a PO BOX takes up to 2 business days for delivery. Overnight shipments that depart from our facility on a Friday will arrive the following Monday (not Saturday). Items will be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. Customer is responsible for all additional overnight shipping fees.
International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx. International shipping costs on this website DO NOT cover tariff charges by your home country. Please put this into consideration before you submit an order on this site. The Luxury Wig & Hair addict reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.

We take great pride in our product, which is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing the our recommended hair care regimine. Which can be found on our website and social media pages for your convenience.
However, if you feel you've received a product that does not meet the description, videos, etc, we want to hear from you. Notify us via email at (theluxurywigandhairaddict@gmail.com) within seven calendar days from the date you received your package.
Please Note: Using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair, VOIDS the compensation opportunity if it applies. If The Luxury Wig & Hair Addict verifies and agrees that the product may be dissatisfactory in some way, The Luxury Wig & Hair Addict will offer a fair resolution.
If The Luxury Wig & Hair Addict does not find the product to have a defect issue, we will return the item to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without replacing the product. Return to Sender Shipments
All products sold on this website ship with a signature; Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the package. After 1-3 attempts, our shipping carrier will return the package to our facilities at an additional cost. Return-to-sender packages may incur a flat rate restocking fee of $35. Once your return is received, we will process it and issue a store credit to you, minus the $35 restocking fee flat rate that can be used at your convenience..
